Hotel Information - To make reservations: Please call the Hotel reservations department between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm and ask for the Lone Star State Canary Club Room Block. All reservations should be made by 10/07/2011 to receive the special room rate of $74 (plus tax). Rooms can be guaranteed for late arrival to an individuals credit card or by advance deposit. A guaranteed room reservation assures a room regardless of your arrival time. Any guaranteed reservations not cancelled by 4:00PM on arrival date will be billed to the credit card or against the advance deposit. No pet deposit is required.
Show staging and registration of birds will be Friday evening, October 14th. The show will begin bright and early on Saturday morning, October 15th. The day will be capped by an awards banquet beginning at 6:00 PM which will recognize the winners of the day's competition.
